Returns/Refund Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your Blissful Kream Nail Supply purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Blissful Kream Nail Supply monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Blissful Kream Nail Supply in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Blissful Kream Nail Supply's discretion.

Please Note: 30-day back does not include a free shipping label.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions to return your package to us. 
• Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved.
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

EXCHANGES

With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on Blissfulkreamnailsupply.com. If you would like to return a new and gently used item within 30 days of receipt.
